By using CrestNotes ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use at Your Own Risk
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
2. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrestNotes and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Recordings and Transcripts
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the recording of conversations, including obtaining any required consent from participants. CrestNotes is not responsible for any unlawful recordings made using the App.
4. Data
Your meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries are processed and stored on your behalf. We are not responsible for any data loss, breach, or unintended disclosure. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
5. No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and action items may contain errors. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using CrestNotes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
